Workshop mit Verena Kroupa
"You can cut all the flowers but can’t keep spring from coming." Pablo Neruda
Fascinated by the irrational emotions nature evokes, Christa Gaigg and Evalie Wagner create projects that crosscut event, art and design. Their first exhibition “Lo trovi in giardino” was a constructed garden, realised in an old shipping container surrounded by the scenic nature of the Austrian alps.
The heart of “fiori fiori” is another conceptual installation, accompanied by several side events, taking place in the urban environment of the 15th district. The idea is to gather people, art and music to celebrate the arrival of spring, and to explore the aesthetics of botany from different perspectives.
