Am 6. Mai von 13.30 bis 17.30 Uhr können PhD-KandidatInnen der Kunstuniversität Linz thematisch offen ihre PhD-Projekte präsentieren. Am 7. Mai von 9.00 bis 13.15 Uhr wird der Schwerpunkt auf die PhD-Gruppe rund um Prof. Giaco Schiesser innerhalb der PhD-Kooperation mit der Zürcher Hochschule der Künste (ZHdK) gelegt. Die Kunstuniversität Linz kooperiert mit der Zürcher Hochschule der Künste im PhD-Programm. Die PhD-Gruppe um Giaco Schiesser ist ein Teil dieser Kooperation. Am 7. Mai wird die Kooperation und die Arbeitsweise dieser PhD-Gruppe in der Einführung vorgestellt. Daraufhin folgen vier Einzelpräsentationen von PhD-KandidatInnen. ONLINE via Webex The PhD-Colloquium takes place once per term and represents an angle point of the PhD-Program at the University of Art and Design Linz. It allows to get to know and regularly meet the PhD-candidates and to discuss ongoing PhD-projects. All PhD-candidates have to present their PhD-projects at least once at the PhD Colloquium and get the opportunity to discuss their projects in a public forum with their colleagues. It is hence expected that all PhD-candidates of the University of Art and Design Linz show their interest and take part in the event! Program
On May 6, PhD candidates of the University of Art and Design Linz can present their PhD-projects.
On May 7, the focus will be on the PhD-group around Prof. Giaco Schiesser within the PhD-cooperation with the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK). The University of Art and Design Linz cooperates with the Zurich University of the Arts in the PhD-program. The PhD-group around Giaco Schiesser is a part of this cooperation. On May 7, the cooperation and the working style of this PhD-group will be presented in an introduction. Four presentations of PhD-candidates will follow. Nähere Details sowie das Programm zum nächsten PhD-Kolloquium Das PhD-Kolloquium findet einmal im Semester statt und stellt einen Knotenpunkt im PhD-Programm der Kunstuniversität Linz dar: Es bietet Gelegenheit, die teilweise örtlich und inhaltlich verstreuten PhD-KandidatInnen kennenzulernen, zu treffen, über PhD-Projekte an der Kunstuniversität Linz zu diskutieren. Letztlich müssen alle PhD-KandidatInnen zumindest einmal im PhD-Kolloquium präsentieren und bekommen die Gelegenheit, ihre Arbeit Kolleginnen und Kollegen in einem öffentlichen Forum zu präsentieren. Es wird daher erwartet, dass alle PhD-KandidatInnen an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen! ProgrammAm 6.
