Media education for the University as a whole
This aspect refers to the planning and organisation of digital media education available to all students of Kunstuniversität Linz. The classes are organised via the e-learning platform Moodle.
e-learning platform Digital Media for Artists
Since 2003, the Department has been operating the publicly accessible e-learning platform DMA for training in digital media. This system enables interested persons to acquire the necessary background knowledge to handle the entire workflow of typical production processes in the digital media. Currently, over 700 modules can be downloaded from the platform. Since October 2011 DMA is in the state of an archive and the modules will not be updated anymore. more
Master's program in Web Sciences - Web Art & Design
Web sciences is an interdisciplinary and interuniversitary degree program in cooperation with Johannes Kepler University Linz. Our department at the University of Art and Design Linz was responsible for the branch of study Web Art & Design from 2009 until 2015.
